A fundamental aspect of doing sport is to improve our health, thus we need to know how to take care of our body. This can be achieved by knowing some about sports nutrition.
How much fat do we need? What about blood glucose? Do we need to keep hydrated? What is a proper diet then?
There are different types of sports out there, and by having some basic knowledge of them we will have a better feeling to choose the one which fits us the best.
